Cancellation Policy

Prices are displayed in New Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT. All costs, including delivery fees, are subject to change at the company’s sole discretion. The final price of each order will be displayed in the order summary prior to payment, and this is the amount that will be charged by the company.

Once an order has been prepared at the restaurant, it cannot be canceled, except with special authorization from the company’s customer service department.

In exceptional cases, such as the late arrival of a delivery beyond the committed time frames and/or discrepancies between the products ordered and those received, please contact customer service, who will work to resolve the issue.

Order cancellations will be processed via a refund to the credit card used for the transaction, or in cash, only in cases where the order was originally paid for in cash.

Subject to the Terms of Use, you may browse the menu and list of services and products, and place orders through the service.

Upon placing an order and subject to service availability, you may request delivery to an address provided to the company and pay via credit card or any other payment method approved by the company. Alternatively, you may place an order and pay through the application, then collect your order in person at one of our restaurant locations. If you choose to pay at the restaurant, you will be required to wait in the standard queue to provide your order number and complete your payment. The company may, at its sole discretion, use identification tools to verify orders, such as SMS or email confirmation. If such verification is required and not completed, the service will not be provided.

All prices are in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT but do not include delivery fees, which will be specified separately during the checkout process. All prices, including delivery, may change from time to time at the company’s sole discretion. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase. Inventory and the availability of services and products are limited; it is possible that at the time of order receipt, a product or service may no longer be available. The company reserves the right to modify and/or remove products and services at its sole discretion. Nothing in these terms or within the service shall obligate the company to offer or provide any specific service or product. Product images are for illustration purposes only. There may be differences between the images displayed and the actual products supplied, including, but not limited to, color variations.

Deliveries are limited to the distribution areas of the company and/or its third-party delivery services. Deliveries may not be available to, or orders may not be accepted from, certain areas. The company may reduce or cancel coverage areas due to weather conditions, a shortage of couriers, or any other reason that may impede delivery to the requested address.

Payment for the order will be processed after you request the preparation of your order, or at the register in the case of cash payments. For deliveries, payment will be processed upon completion of the order through the service. Payments are processed directly to the company’s account via our payment gateways.

If the details provided, including the delivery address, are incorrect (in whole or in part) or incomplete, and/or if you are unavailable at the address at the time of delivery, causing a delay or failure in delivery, the company reserves the right to charge you for the order and the delivery cost.

You may cancel an order for self-pickup provided that you have not yet confirmed the preparation of the items. It is not possible to cancel a delivery order.
